Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh exceeded my expectations! The beautiful rooms were spacious and very clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. We particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere at the beach and the great dining options, especially at the Turkish restaurant which just opened. The animation team’s daily activities added a fun touch to our vacation.

A couple of salespeople were a bit too persistent, which became annoying. I had an issue with allergen information in the food. more clarity would help avoid problems. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed the overall vibe and the attentive service at the beach bar. Overall, I would consider coming back, but I hope they address the cleanliness and communication issues.
